Our ELL Department and our Settlement Worker, Logini Vinay, in partnership with the Settlement & Education Partnership in York Region will be hosting a Community Fair on Friday March 23rd, 2018 in FMM’s Main Foyer during our Period 3 lunch periods.
There will be various community partners in attendance including the City of Markham, Markham Public Library, Youth Assisting Youth, Job Skills Ontario and many more who will be having host booths for students to visit. This is a great opportunity for our students to talk to and access information about volunteering, job opportunities and how to acquire leadership skills in the community.
