The Newmarket African Caribbean Canadian Association (NACCA) are once again pleased to present their 2022 Scholarship awards for Afro-Canadian (Black racialized) students throughout York Region who will be entering their first year of full time studies at a post-secondary institution.
Awardees will be those that demonstrate academic excellence and stellar community involvement.
NACCA will be awarding a general Scholarship of $1000 to selected recipients in support of their post-secondary education.
Distinct awards of $2000 and $500 will be available for students who meet the criteria outlined on the NACCA website:
