The Transition Planning Symposium is an exciting opportunity for the Student Services department to host students with disabilities, parents/guardians and educators as they preview a carousel of Community and Day Programs, Social Service Providers, Post-Secondary and Vocational Programs. Participants are encouraged to visit different booths and gather information to support the post-secondary transition.

Last year’s event saw over 200 people
